“Shelly managed to fit me in last minute on a Saturday afternoon after the salon I was booked to go to let me down. I expected a bit of a simple, quick service being later but Shelly was friendly, listened to what kind of style I like and took her time. “I don’t usually leave reviews however, this true act of kindness by the Salon Owner and her staff has meant the world to me and my daughters. I was hospitalised due to pneumonia, my daughter had braids in her hair from holiday and lots had fell out, she was devastated. My mum tried several hairdressers and finally went to Prestige. Jo and a colleague replaited my daughter’s hair immediately and even gave her replacement bobbles, when mum offered to pay they politely refused to accept anything. My daughters were upset that I wasn’t at home and this act of sheer kindness is beyond words. I actually am a customer of prestige however had not had extensions for some time (when I did they were amazing). However, the staff didn’t realise it was my daughter which is even more heartwarming thank you Jo and Team keep up the incredible work xx”
