He is both quick and accurate to diagnose your problem, such is his wealth of knowledge and experience, and does everything he can to complete the job as economically as possible. In my experience the job has ended up costing me less than I had budgeted for, which is nice, but not the most important factor. Number one on my list for most important factors is the ability not only to explain to me, in ways I can understand, the nature of the problem, why it IS a problem, and if I look a bit befuddled (to be fair, my face reflects a permanent air of confusion), he will take the time to demonstrate. If it is a mechanical issue, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. In fact, even if it's not entirely mechanical, I'm really cheeky and pop down for advice and Bryan points me in the right direction if someone specialising in my problem. It doesn't mean he can't do the job himself, just that he knows that to do so would take far longer without the specialist equipment, and ergo would not be cost effective for you, and that would go against his ethos of doing a good job for a fair price. Enough said. There isn't enough praise that can bestowed on Bryan as far as I'm concerned, and if you don't believe me, try and find a review that awards him less than five stars. I can save you time - you won't!”
