“Friendly welcome, checked details, reception lady had a very pleasant attitude, shown to seating area, called into initial eye testing area by a young male called Kairo, great personality and attitude given he is so young, so that was appreciated very much...well done Kairo. The main eye test was again a very good experience, the optometrist was polite, professional, listened and gave good explanations and recommendations. Back to Kairo for final peripheral field of vision check, again clear explanations throughout. final results discussed. Overall 10/10”
