“Customer service was exemplary with regular updates all along. In my case there were unexpected/unrelated inadvertent minor issues following the (excellent body work repair) - whereby the car wouldn't start for staff when I had already been asked to collect the car for the completed job. Halo then took steps and went the extra mile in making sure the car was driveable for me . This took a further week. During that time I was able to keep the courtesy car as is essential to my caring job in the Community (so there was positive local impact). I cannot thank (all) staff enough for their overall approach, kindness, personability and efficiency. They made me feel valued and secure as their customer and I am so grateful. I would highly recommend Halo to customers for their excellent, considerate service. Thank you.”
