As always, we were made to feel very welcome, the piercing area is away from the shop floor and we were made to feel comfortable, with the process being explained fully to my daughter before her ears were pierced. (I am a returning piercing customer so I knew what to expect) I honestly feel very lucky to have such a great jewellers in our local town and I regularly recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of jewellery service.”
