“I have been going to swat teakwondo since October last year. Before I joined I was very unfit and over weight. I had hardley any flexibility. I have gotten a lot fitter since being at swat taekwondo I am as fit as i was in my 20s. The instructor is top quality. Mark eager the instructor finds different ways to teach you if you dont get things at first. Everyone ar the club have ben vwery welcoming and have become good friends. We all help each other. If you want to learn teakwondo get fit and make friends i highly recommend joining swat taekwondo.”
