“Absolutely wonderful experience. A long wait to get here due to no fault of the staff and the first thing they did was apologise and tell me how they're trying to fix it! I didn't even ask! Everyone I spoke to was helpful, calm and just genuinely wonderfully understanding. I cannot understate how great my experience today was. I'm really thankful for all the hard work they are doing and I very much feel looked after and listened to. They have a very high level of knowledge in and around the subject of mental health and ADHD and they care. It really shows. If everyone who needed it could get this standard of care, the country would be in a far, far better place. Thanks, so much!”

“i had an appointment here, there are a couple of parking bays directly outside which are 1£ an hour..also, there is a large carpark just across the road which is way overpriced and is pay as you leave which can be confusing for first time users..the staff inside are lovely, friendly and the atmosphere inside was calming and very neat and tidy.”
