Friendly staff and fair prices. > Long version I have just finished my Theory section within my PfCO, from my initial interaction with the Rusta team I have been kept up to date/in touch with the team even though my course wasn't due for another couple of months. Within this communication they have been polite and forth coming with the information I needed to part with a substantial - yet fair - amount of money. From the moment of payment made I was given access to their online training which helped a considerable amount to bring me up to scratch and prepped for the start of the course. This helped put my mind at ease before the start of the course as this was my first serious look into the hugely confusing world of commercial drone operations. The office location is ideal for access and now sports a smart logo so there's no missing the building. The huge section of the PfCO is the theory and it's by far the hardest section to explain to anyone - like me - unfamiliar with aviation in general and drones specifically. It strongly relies on powerpoint presentations however the aides provided and far more importantly the course guide was invaluable for providing light hearted comments, useful memory pointers and opportunities for breaks to prevent over whelming information. I have no doubt what so ever that during my Ops Manual and Practical sections I shall receive the best support, care and enjoyment from my interactions with RUSTA. A big thank you to Caroline for assisting my original purchase & exam marking, Jim as the theory course leader and Sion for exam recap & invigilating!
