“Will has been my Personal Trainer since 2013. As someone who previously would have said that they hate working out, this is a huge testament to him! He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things fitness and nutrition related. He understands my goals, tailors my workouts, keep things varied and knows how to motivate me. I actually look forward to the sessions; they are tough but always good fun and Will is very patient / supportive with me. My body shape is noticeably different, I feel fitter and much more energised. The space itself is a bit 'back to basics' but that fits the welcoming, inclusive, no frills atmosphere.
