No Fear Academy brings expert Krav Maga instruction to the Hedge End community at the Wildern Leisure Centre. This martial arts club provides a safe and energetic environment for individuals to learn practical self-defense skills. The academy specializes in Krav Maga, a renowned system focused on real-world conflict resolution and physical protection. Classes are designed to accommodate all experience levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. “We hired the small pool for a birthday party. It was excellent value for money and would highly recommend. We could use the pool for one hour and have a maximum of 30 people in the water but one adult for every 2 under 8. Our party was only 10 children and 3 adults in the water and this gave the children loads of space to play. The centre provided floats, noodles, sinkers and balls to make the party really fun. You can also hire a room for your own food after, at an extra (but reasonable) cost. The pool was well maintained and looked after and the lifeguards were doing a great job too. changing facilities were clean and showers worked well.”
