“Staff are helpful and listen to what you want, and they never overbook. You get a service, it's not rushed because another client is being done at the same time as you (by your stylist). I am extremely picky as I have some challenges with styling my hair due to muscular issues and have changed hairdressers frequently because I didn't feel they'd delivered the cut I'd requested, which I need in order to be able to do my hair successfully by myself. However this salon I have stuck with as they are absolutely excellent, I feel heard, and I actually get what I asked for, along with good advice on how to manage my hair myself. Haircut was done by Abbey/Abbie I've also needed to have my learning disabled son come with me due to carer sickness and I called ahead to check they could seat me close to him so I could keep an eye. They checked he was going to be able to access the steps and were so helpful. 10/10 for disability/carer support. Excellent service.”
