High school in Dudley

“This is a good school. How do I know? Because of what I hear the parents say about other schools in the immediate area. I also remember what school was like for me...I failed school.... ...but my eldest boy left Beacon hill with good results and he is now at University. I know from my dealings with the Head and his team that they work very hard to give the best they can to all the children attending Beacon hill; despite there being many children and parents failing to respond and support the school in what they are trying to achieve. Despite Covid & Lockdown, this school is succeeding where many others, according to the media, are struggling...the whole team deserve a bloody medal for helping all our children to return to school and get back to "normal" after Covid... I believe that the starting point to any child getting a decent education is the teacher having a real and genuine concern for every student succeeding. I am happy that my children attend this school because I believe all the team at Beacon hill care about every child and truly want every child to succeed.”
