   Minus 100% alrivera approved. This is a top five worst pizza. I've had the worst Domino's and it was better than this. The only saving grace was the service. Papa John stop showing off in your USA commercials and make a pizza, not throw cheese on cardboard and call it a Pizza. Completely not, 100% NOT alrivera approved. Please bear in mind this is not because of the UK. It's Papa John's Pizza is simply so awful even the British cannot save it.

   I had a terrible experience ordering from this pizza place. After waiting for two hours, I called multiple times to check on my order, but no one would answer. Eventually, when I finally got through, they claimed that the "Uber driver" took my pizza. I clarified that it was their own driver, not an Uber driver, and that I could track Uber deliveries in real-time. The employee then said they would call their driver but never got back to me. When I called again, they resorted to blaming me, saying my phone wasn't working and that the doorbell wasn't functioning. This is a common tactic for them, as I later discovered from other reviews. It’s clear they make excuses to avoid taking responsibility. I highly recommend avoiding this place—scammers, rude staff, and completely unprofessional and unreliable service.

   Order a pizza, had to wait over a hour and a half, just eat appeared to say the food was delivered, I went to call papa John’s and asked where my delivery was and the staff was extremely rude, was not helpful and had so much attitude, had said it was my fault that my food was late, had said my phone wasn’t working yet the delivery guy did not ring my door bell. After some time I just wanted to know where the food was, they sent out a driver again to deliver it, the delivery guy was making excuses saying that my doorbell wasn’t working, and my phone number wasn’t working etc, when he gave me the food the pizza was stone cold and looked like it had been touched, I asked for anew pizza they refused me a new fresh pizza, had got rude at my door and said it was my fault, they said just eat will give me a refund and I still haven’t received it. I will not recommend this papa John’s, they was rude, late and food was unsatisfactory

   They delivered wrong setts chicken wings.Instead of ordered buffalo spicy wings i received most plain sets of tiny chicken wings. Not even peppered. and after I called to complain ,someone called Costa,told me that they about to go home, have no time to deal with complain and best he can di it's to put credit on my account. Because HES TRYING TO BE NICE . Not because they made a mistake, but because grey trying to be nice. I didn't know i have to depend on kindness of a stranger for my money. Thank you Costa, for being rude and arrogant.

   Utter Rubbish pizza ordered at around 10.40pm they close at 11pm so they gave a pizza which wasn't fully baked and I collected it at 10.50pm. A white pizza you can clearly see in the picture. This outlet is a joke. They don't care about the customer. Half baked pizza utter nonsense.

   All I can say, they can't even cook frozen jalapeño poppers ( they meant to pop in your mouth not in the fryers) empty cheesless breadcrumbs, shame... Food came after 1 hour obviously cold and I live litteraly 3 minutes drive from the place

   Ordered two large pizzas online to collect in store. Collection was fast and staff were friendly. The taste and quality of the pizza was okay, not the best. Was happy with the quantity of toppings though. The special garlic dips didn't taste much of garlic for me, mostly butter. The garlic and herb dip was nice, if only there was more of it.

   Order pizza today Sunday 13 March. The delivery driver didn't deliver to the door, I had to go outside on high street opposite tesco, to collect the order from him. On top of that he was calling me to tell me to hurry up because he couldn't park anywhere. On a Sunday evening. The driver was rud, driving a grey Honda civic. So no more pizza from Papa Jones for me.

   Best service I have received from a pizza takeaway. In fact, any takeaway. I spoke to Haris and his father and they helped me greatly with finding the best deal for me. Speedy delivery from the driver. Expected delivery time was 40 minutes. Arrived in less than 15 minutes:-)) As for pizza taste - No words!!! Amazing
