We’ve been coming here regularly, the food is good but the service we receive from deep is amazing she’s always smiling and has a laugh, she always gets our order right and nothing is too much. She’s lovely.
This branch can never seem to get an order right or on time. Turning up without sauces ordered and alternative ice creams no one wants hours late and with no refunds. Too many times you get it wrong and you need to learn the basics. It’s not difficult.
I had a great experience at Papa John’s today. The service was excellent. Deep was very good and polite, and she served with a lovely attitude. Thank you for the great service!
hair in the pizza took 45 mins to be ready and some creepy lady came out and sat next to us they wore no gloves and wear was the hair nets? they spent most the time chatting which delayed our order significantly. this is what the jalapeño bites looked like disgusting!
I reckon they have a scam going here. Maybe head office should look into these guys. After about 30-35 mins from order time, I think it's the driver who sets the status to DELIVERED... whilst on route as it said on its way for only a few minutes and we're 20mins drive at best. Our order was 32mins in when it then said delivered on their tracker, yet my sons pizza took another 35mins to arrive, during which type me I had called at the hour mark to ask where it actually was! Was told the driver was dropping nearby. Pizza needed reheating but accept that, not them scamming the system and KPIs.
I'd give half a star but that would be to kind, arguably the slowest pizza I've had. The ETA said 15 to 30 mins and 2 hours later I'm still waiting... you can not tell me this pizza will still be warm or fresh out the oven and 1hour later when we've all been sitting here waiting on the pizza we decided to call and get an update, we got told the driver is on route to our location and will be there asap to which the restaurant was non apologetic and couldn't care, the 2 hour mark has hit and the women openly says we must just be patient, genuinly the worst service possible and would highly recommend not supporting a company that I can see has other complaints of the same nature yet takes to action to fix it. Utterly useless. Placed an order for delivery at 22.20, tracker shows my order as apparently delivered at 22.52 (it wasn't) and the store closes at 23.00 so now I have no way of finding out what's going on. If you can't handle the order, don't take it (and my payment). Will be pursuing a chargeback through PayPal. Will never use Papa John again, at least Domino actually delivers food.
Seems the standard thing to do is not answer the call close to closing time. Ordered food, pizza was wrong, garlic bread was missing. Called the store, person on other line put phone on side whilst ‘resolving’ the issue. Obviously didn’t know I understood Punjabi, and I heard the member of staff say to the person, ‘what do they want us to do about it now, tell them half an hour. We’ll take it on our way home. Then wouldn’t answer the call so I could tell them about the missing items. Cue the standard - please email us- response
Ordered online and after 2 hours it said it had been delivered online but nothing arrived. They don’t answer the phone when you call. This place is a scam so avoid losing your money to these thieves.
