   Food was great and really quick, but the FOH staff were not paying much attention to the customers. We were there early so it wasnt busy, they were frequently standing around using their phones when we were trying to get their attention, and on a side note we were served some garlic oil which had past its best before according to their label. In all, Great food but let down slightly by service errors.

   Came into pizza express today for an evening meal with my girlfriend . Damola welcomed us with a big smile and asked us if we was alright and where we wanted to sit. Overall he provided and excellent service prior to only working here for 3 weeks and it’s his first job. He provided an excellent service and my girlfriend was impressed with his service skills as she’s a supervisor at Nando’s herself. He will definitely be an influential asset to the team. Best ever customer service we’ve received.

   Food was nice, service was average. The seating feels a bit weird, we felt like we were in the way. A little concerning that it looked like the fire exit was blocked by a car too.

   Nice restaurant although was very noisy from upstairs when I was there. The food was nice but I have written to the Pizza Express head office about the size of the pizzas for vegans with a gluten free base, they are soooo much smaller is it actually discriminating again vegans, they should be the same size or offer 2 sizes. The difference is ridiculous. I know this is nothing to do with Pizza Express Kingston, it is a problem in every resturant and its not fair. I applaud them for catering for vegans and gluten intolerant people but they need to go the extra step to be perfect. The service was great and the resturant was nice so I do recommend it.

   Lovely Pizza Express in Kingston oppositethe riverside. Service was great, as usual the atmosphere was cosy and with all the usual meals. Kids menu is great and the brownie with kids cappuccino super cute. Recommended for families, as well as friends.

   Very warm restaurant (no apparent a/c). Placed in a seat in direct sunlight, we asked to move after 3 minutes as we were melting. Next couple comes in and they were place a the exact same table, same thing happens. Anyway, takes atleast 20+ minutes to be served (it wasn't that busy) and another 20+ for the food to arrive. Pizza was not bad but paying extra for a Romana (bigger base and more topping) doesn't seem worth it. Hardly any ham on it. I'd look elsewhere for a better Pizza in Kingston.
