   We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Pizza Express yesterday, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Ashley and Greg were absolutely amazing , truly wonderful people. Their service was exceptional: warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They made the whole evening special for us, and thanks to them, we had an unforgettable night. This was honestly the best Pizza Express I’ve ever visited. We loved them and appreciated their positive energy so much. Highly recommend — Ashley and Greg made our visit perfect!

   We had dinner at Pizza Express in Kingston last weekend and it was such a lovely experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kingston, and it has a really nice atmosphere inside. It feels cozy but also modern, and everything looked very clean and well kept. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, they even chatted a bit with my son which made him smile. The food was honestly delicious. The pizzas were cooked perfectly, thin and crispy just the way we like them, and the dough balls were amazing as always. We also had a pasta and a salad to share and both were fresh and full of flavour. The desserts were lovely too, especially the chocolate fudge cake, which my son didn’t want to share at all. What I also liked is that the service was quick but not rushed. They checked on us just enough without being too much. It is the kind of place where you can enjoy a relaxed family meal or even a casual dinner with friends. Overall, great food, very clean place and kind people. Definitely one of our favourite spots in Kingston now. We will for sure be back soon.

   Went in August for the GCSE results deal, bottomless doughballs and pizza. Took an hour and 15 minutes for a single pizza, with promises for doughballs for the next half an hour. Pizza order was wrong, as I asked no mushrooms, new pizza looked like it had been made in the dark, extremely sloppy. Waiter was making empty promises, and was told I HAD to eat half of my last pizza to leave the restaurant, is this the hunger games????? Overall, was in there for 2 and a half hours, and was very patronised when reasonably complaining and asking for compensation on the money, as ultimately my whole afternoon spent, with lack of remorse over the terrible terrible service, usually love a pizza express, but will not be returning due to this disappointing experience with the staff and quality of food and time management. Do better, results day forever tainted by this experience .

   Pizza is hot and freshly made! Have a big window which can view the Kingston town city. Located at 2/F. Many family with children so better make reservation during weekend. The Odeon cinema is just 10 seconds walk from Pizza express. Price is good but just the cleaning can be better while table and cutlery has some dirt.

   It was a birthday meal for my daughter and her friends. Gregg (from Poland) looked after us.He made a difference. He put a lot of effort into making the day a special one for the birthday girl and her friends. Nothing was too much trouble for Gregg. He made sure everything was perfect and did it with a warm smile and a sense of humour. To be fair all the staff were friendly and helpful. To top it off the food was prepared quickly, accurately and tasted really good. So to sum it it up - we had a great experience, our daughter had a lovely birthday and it was Gregg that (literally) was the icing on the cake.

   We had a great experience here. Firstly, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - we were greeted by Greg the manager and, as the restaurant wasn't busy, he helped us by suggesting where the seats with the best view were. The waitresses were keen to help with the app and our food. the food was top-notch and Greg made sure my partner was enjoying her food and everything was satisfactory. great staff and food would recommend

   Best thin crust pizzas in town. Fresh and flavorful. Very light in the tummy. Wonderful service. But it might get busy on weekends, so you might have to wait for nearly 10-15 minutes to place an order. But the waiters there do a great job and are friendly.
