i've been ordering from here on and off for about 8 years. the pizzas are always great. haven't had a single problem love these guys!
We found a piece of bone in the pizza! Disgusting. We use to like their pizza but won't buy from them again.
I really didn’t want to write this review as I’ve been going to this Pizza GoGo branch for nearly 5 years and have always been a loyal customer. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, I placed an order over the phone for two large pizzas and went to collect them in person. The staff member read out my order, I confirmed it, and took the pizzas home. Unfortunately, once we got home, we realised that one of the pizzas was completely wrong-instead of tandoori chicken and sweetcorn, we received mushroom and pineapple. I called the store straight away and was told to bring it back, but we had already arrived home. I explained it wasn’t fair for us to return when the mistake was made on their side. I asked for a refund for the incorrect pizza, but was told they “can’t refund card payments” and that I would be given a free pizza next time, with a note added to my phone number. As a regular customer, I trusted this. When I went in yesterday and explained the situation, there were two staff members present. One of them was understanding, but the man who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. He repeatedly suggested that I might be lying and said, “How do I know you’re not just after a free pizza? People do that all the time.” I found this incredibly offensive, especially as I always pay by card and my number is linked to my regular orders. It’s very easy to see I’m not someone trying to take advantage. He then told me to come back when the other staff member returned from leave- which makes no sense for a business. If a promise was made to a customer, it should be honoured regardless of who is working. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Mistakes can happen- that’s understandable- but the way the “manager” handled the situation was appalling. Having read other reviews, it seems incorrect orders aren’t that uncommon, but the attitude I received was completely unacceptable. I left feeling disappointed and frankly disgusted by the treatment from someone claiming to be the manager.
I recently ordered a Mexicana pizza from Pizza GoGo and was very disappointed with both the order and the customer service I received. The pizza arrived incorrectly — instead of beef, it had meatballs on it. I requested a refund, which was processed and approved by JustEat. However, I then received a phone call from a staff member at the Tolworth branch who was extremely rude. He yelled at me, accused me of “bagging the money,” and insisted the order was correct while claiming Pizza GoGo doesn’t even serve meatballs as a topping. This is clearly false, as there is a pizza on the menu called “Meatball Feast.” I found this behaviour shocking and completely unprofessional. As a paying customer, I should not be spoken to in this way — especially when I was only asking for the food I paid for. This experience has left me very upset, and unfortunately, I will think twice before ordering from Pizza GoGo again unless their customer service improves.If I could put zero stars, I would.
Great price for collection and Fantastic pizza, have been going to this pizza shop for many years and the workers there have always been kind and friendly. The food is lovely and they have nice halal options as well!
Been there couple of times. Customer service is good. Usually pizza was tasty. Chicken strips as a side are fine. I did not enjoy the chicken wings neither bbq ones.
Disgusting people working here and really bad customer service I was trying to order something over the phone and the person on the other line didn’t let me finish talking and let me finish ordering my food he straight said ok bye. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE DISGRACE TO THE PIZZA INDUSTRY!! Deserve to be shut down asap.
Didn’t want to do this but I had to give this poor review. My pizza came like this in the photo below. I phoned the restaurant and whoever was working behind the till was very rude and adamant that the pizza was fine and was behaving like I made something up. Extremely poor customer service from that employee and I’ve dealt with them before and they gave poor service then as well. I don’t know why they hire such rude staff members. I usually order pizza from here but never again after the dismal service tonight and lack of accountability.
