Awful recent experience. I noticed the dough on the pizza was slightly undercooked. After eating the pizza I experienced stomach pain the next day. I then heard a family friend got food poisoning after ordering from a different Pizza Hut branch, on the same weekend.

The pizza offer sounded good until I opened the box. The chicken was almost entirely absent and had been replaced by mushrooms which had no place on my chosen pizza. It tasted worse than any I could have bought in a supermarket freezer cabinet and cooked at home. Dreadful.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff taking orders at Pizza Hut Kingston. The person at the counter was rude, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in providing decent customer service. We tried to place a simple order and asked for it to be made a certain way — nothing outrageous, just a small customization — and she flat out refused without even trying to explain or accommodate us. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she acted like we were bothering her by just placing an order. It’s frustrating when you’re spending your money and get treated like a problem instead of a customer. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. If Pizza Hut wants to keep loyal customers, they really need to do better with their staff training and attitude.

Went in to collect. Relatively quick in comparison to a delivery. Some offers that they were showing on the menu on the front desk weren't available which is a bit misleading but all in all, the food was good and I didn't have to wait long. Not much else you can ask for from a Pizza Hut

Order was delayed by an hour, taste was not usual as one would expect. No one picks up the phone, delivery driver is clumsy. Pizza kingston used to be good, but now quality & service levels are going down the loo. Next pizza will be from pizza express, not from you.

I actually called the restaurant today and requested to speak to a manger before I decided to leave this review, however “he was unavailable” to speak with me. I have ordered from here a few times and its only so many times you can give someone chances to rectify their mistakes. I really find it difficult to believe that Pizza Hut allows franchises like this to operate with no care what so ever. Bearing in mind that this would have been my 6th or 7th order, and we have had issues on every occasion. They are very stingy with their toppings on the veg pizza, pan base pizza is supposed to be the “market leader base” but it’s always soggy. 2 orders back they actually forgot one of the 2 pizzas back in the restaurant and then didn’t offer an apology. Time before that they sent the wrong cookie dough and with no ice cream. Today my pizza was delivered with boxes that looked like someone had sat on them. All the cheese on the margarita was stuck to the lid leaving hardly any on the actual pizza so that went right the bin. When I asked the driver, he blamed the restaurant and his explanation was that because they packed it hot the boxes get dismantled… Like when does Pizza Hut ever allow inadequate packaging? Then there is the difficult task of asking them to remember the garlic sauce which has been forgotten about on 4 occasions…. seriously how hard is that. Try calling to speak with them, firstly, you will be met with poor attitude for mentioning any issues which is incredible to believe. The female staff has so much attitude and will make you feel as she is doing the world a favour by answering the call. Overall, it is really difficult to rely on this place when ordering more than 2 pizzas as it seems to be a massive task that clearly overwhelms their team. They are clearly just trying to milk it on the fact that they are the only branch in the area of Pizza Hutt. Won’t be giving them another chance again.

We placed an order couple of weeks back, order was processed and paid for. Then they called 30mts later and said they had to cancel the order!! Took a chance and ordered again today. Order went through again, to be delivered in 40mts. We checked the app later and it said pizza was delivered but we didnt get it. Called the outlet, they had no idea where the pizza was. Called again, and the agent cut our call saying she could call back after speaking to the manager, which she didn't. We had to call again and apparently are all searching for their manager!! Wow! EDIT: Now they called and said they need to start a new order and wait for 25 minutes minimum!! And blamed the third party delivery service.

I've seen that you have had alot of bad reviews lately from my experience I would give you 6 out of 5!! We were staying at Doubletree Hilton, my wife rang for a delivery asap, You was very helpful on the phone and delivered 2 steaming hot pizzas in 15mins!! Top marks for the extra chillies on the veggie hot one. I have been eating Pizza Hut for 30 years and I would honestly say this was the best Pizza Hut pizzas I have ever had, My wife agrees too. So satisfying after an afternoon swimming. If you keep serving pizzas like this with that service you will turn your low review rating around.
