   Have not been to Pizza Express for over 10 years. Ordered a Margherita pizza and some rosemary and cheese topped chips. Pizza was £14 and chips £7 and £4 for a can of sprite. The food honestly didn't taste all that good and the pizza tasted like a supermarket own brand one and chips just not hitting the spot. Super disappointing after reading the reviews. The service from the lady that served me was friendly but I had to get up and pull someone for the bill. Overall not a great experience for the price. Would not visit again as there are far better value places to visit for pizza.

   Food was very nice and was a good atmosphere we were served by Jaymin who was very polite and thoughtful. The table service by Jaymin was lovely she checked to make sure our food was good and even at when we ordered our deserts she offered to heat up the chocolate cake and I did say yes to it being heated and it was lovely. Thanks again for the good food and great service!

   I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Eva at Pizza Express, and she was truly outstanding from start to finish. Her warm welcome immediately made us feel at home, and throughout the meal she was attentive without ever being intrusive. Eva has a genuine friendliness that makes dining feel extra special — she checked in at just the right moments, made thoughtful recommendations, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Even when the restaurant got busy, she handled everything with such calm professionalism and a smile that never wavered. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, kindness, and enthusiasm so naturally. Eva turned a simple meal out into a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her!

   I ordered via the app for 4 pizzas for a party. They use uber to deliver your food. Here is the catch… if there is an issue with the food you can email them which can take up to 10 days to get a response. I telephoned the company and they informed me I have to reach out to the customer services via the app which o have done My food arrived cold and the toppings off the pizza but nothing can be done in the meantime until I get a response most likely in 10 days. In the meantime I have my daughter’s 16th party with kids hoping to eat and after spending £62 I cannot afford to spend another or risk the same thing happening! This is a joke. Never will I order from them

   Pizza Express Lunch Date I recently had a fantastic lunch date with friends at Pizza Express in Worcester. We had a great time catching up and enjoying the delicious food. I was especially pleased to see that they offer a halal option for their Pollo Pesto chicken pizza. This is a great option for those who are looking for halal food. The pizza was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the pesto sauce was flavorful. We also ordered the dough balls, which are always a favorite. They were served warm and fluffy with a garlic butter dipping sauce. The service was friendly and efficient. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Pizza Express. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to have lunch or dinner.

   It's Pizza Express so you know what to expect. Great food, great service and a convenient location. If you're coming for the evening, you can park in the Waitrose/Library car park for free after 5.30pm (accurate as of December 2022 anyway!)

   Nice large clean bright restaurant. Friendly and accomadating staff, made a change to the order mid way and it was fine. Had the Florentina was perfect with the changed runny egg in the middle. Had a small out door seating area which is on a busy main road. If you love pizza could guarentee you won't be disappointed.
