   Ordered food an hour and half before closing, had 5 drivers cancel, not a single phone call and didn’t pick up the phone, no intention to refund, never received food, used to always order from here but now never again.

   Exceptional service every time and the pizza is top notch! Definitely one of the very few pizza places you to can go to everytime! Not sure why they stopped doing the original garlic and herb dips and switched it out with the special garlic sauce, but yh... Maybe a food for thought to bring back the original that works.

   Pathetic customer service, pizza delivered cold. disappointed with the way staff spoke just now on the phone. No garlic sauce was served. Not ordering again from this branch.

   The pizzas arrived quickly and on time, even though it was New Year’s Eve, so that was good. And the pizzas were hot, so can’t fault the service. But the pizzas themselves are very average, like the ones you can buy from a supermarket, with a tough crust and funny tasting garlic sauce. Usually we get pizza takeaway from Dominoes in Epsom so this was our first pizza from Papa Johns, and they are complete opposites - Dominoes pizzas taste great but their service is awful. Papa Johns pizzas taste average at best but their service is good.

   Missed parts of order. Delivery driver said he would be straight back. 1 hr later. Nothing, when I rang the store they said they didn’t know. But then what wouldci like… was over it by that point - they wouldn’t just refund missing items. Poor form this!

   really surprised people are saying this place has 'good pizza'. got the 'feed the family' deal on Saturday. Very underwhelmed by the quality and taste of the Pizza. The gluten free base was also very average. Sorry Papa John's, other Pizza outlets in the area (Dominos, Fireway, Caprinos) are all head and shoulders above you!

   Papa johns is very addictive. I have started ordering a lot. Perfect amount of toppings and cheese. If you ever fall then fall for Papa Johns Pizza.

   Avoid , seems to be understaffed or lack of drivers. From the other reviews mainly one star one can see a recurring theme. Staff lied and said pizza was on route. I could have walked and picked it up faster. One hour delivery time!!!

   Don't recommend at all. 1hr and 30mins for a cold pizza. I only live 10mins away. No apology from management, after I called 3 times. Was told at one point that the guy was outside my door. Didn't realise Casper the ghost delivered pizzas!! They gave no explanation or an apology . I will not be using them again! Awful experience.
