Nice restaurant. Very clean. Pizza was decent. I would have preferred it to be cooked for a little longer as I prefer abit more crisp. But the dough was still very good quality. I'm sure they would have cooked it abit longer if I asked. The spicey salami is packed full of flavour, goes really nice with the caramelised onions. The Margherita not as exciting, the tomato sauce is really fresh, more of a fresh raw tomato flavour though. Over all enjoyed it.

Had a lovely meal here last weekend I'm a fussy eater usually so this place was definitely out of my normality but I was on holiday so said let's give it a go, Had the garlic bread as a starter and went for the Margherita as a main, was pleasantly surprised by how delicious both were! Would absolutely have a look if you're in the area , staff are lovely and very personable

We had a wonderful time at Franco Manca. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for enjoying pizza with friends and family. The sourdough pizzas were cooked to perfection, the desserts were a great finish, and everything from start to finish was just right. Highly recommended!

I ordered margarita pizza & garlic bread and cheese. Served hot from the oven. Location is perfect and staff are friendly. The pizza is delicious & would be much better tasting if become thinner little bit as I love it to be served like that but maybe other people preferred as is as the restaurant if fully occupied.

First off, the ambience is quite beautiful and lovely. The pizza we ordered had a lovely crust but the base was very soggy to the point that it was simply not possible to eat the pizza with a single hand. The toppings too wouldn’t stick to the pizza and would just roll off like the lamb sausage. On the other hand, the waiting staff was a bit gap hazard putting down plates on the edge of the table or on top of phones and such. Was a bit disappointed to see that absent mindedness in the staff. All in all I would recommend you see the inside of the restaurant but then promptly turn around and walk yourself to another one.

I gave 5 stars before as was always happy with my experience with you guys since my last visit last week. Big disappointment. The hostess showed us the table but not bothered get a high chair for us, her and the young waiter chatting and laughing. After 10 min wait, we called the young boy to come and take our order. Nobody came around to check if our food was OK, they forgot my salad so had to wait for the waiter to look my direction to ask for it. When looking around u see the waiter and the hostess singing and laughing which is good, I love good atmosphere but not when u forget about customers. The pizza sauce was just bland I think they forgot the salt and pepper in the salt. Anyway a big disappointment this time

As a vegetarian, I am in a constant search to find some interesting new flavour. This place, right at the heart of the centre, was on my wish list. Had the buffalo mozzarella on toasted sourdough pizza bread for starters and relished the pizza with dry tomatoes, potatoes, onion and mozzarella. I was intrigued on how potatoes would go with pizza but surprisingly it was tasty. The only let down was the amount of oil on the pizza. I usually like the pizza a little saucy with a slight drizzle of oil. Other than that, the cheese was melt in the mouth kinda and pizza bread was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.

What a great place! Boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere nice to eat before our train back, slightly worried about time and this place was perfect! Pizzas came within a couple minutes of ordering and we're absolutely delicious, wish they were cut but this wasn't a big issue. The vibe from the place was great slightly modern and rustic, staff were so lovely and welcoming it was a great experience. Especially loved the dips you could get on the side as my favourite topping is pesto - you rarely see the option anywhere! Definitely going again when I go to Manchester. To top it off, the sorbets were so refreshing and a perfect way to end the meal 10/10.
