   Ordered from Pizza Hut Erdington many many times I have gone into the shop and I have had delivery’s as well spending over £40 every time I order last delivery I had they put pepperoni on the pizza which should have been just a margarita rang up and sent out a new pizza for the mistake which was fine. New order I placed today on the 18-02-25 I payed for extra toppings which they missed one also ben&jerry ice creams asked for cookie dough on order but got just vanilla with both as I ordered 2 tubs which I found out late after before ringing up the shop to let them know I spoke to Ali about the missing toppings to be told next time I place order to ring the shop up and let them know about the missing topping and they will send out a free pizza I know we are not all perfect but basic skills looking at a recipe with what the customer has ordered should be self explanatory but being told to ring up again to remind them of there last mistake Iam now thinking of ordering from a different Pizza Hut as too many mistakes are happening not saying they are not trying to put things right but when you order a takeout and dish up last thing you want to start doing is to ring up the restaurant to complain when all you want to do is sit down to enjoy your meal too many mistakes are happening I am a regular customer I will give a fair & true review but I might start looking somewhere else to feed my family’s appetite.

   Be wary of getting the New Handcrafted Crust from here. Hard crumbs all over the base of the pizza, more crumbs than pizza grating your mouth. Also the pizza tore in the middle no matter what angle you grabbed it from, it was in bits at the end. Terrible for the price. White bits between crinkles on the cardboard in the photo is all hard crumb. Edit: I received a refund from Pizza Hut so I'm really satisfied with the customer service, thank you to them. They said they'd address the issue so hopefully it'll be better in future because I've had good Handcrafted Crusts at other branches.

   ordered a half and half pizza it got delivered totally wrong sloppy thrown together cold soggy and they dont even answer the phone! go to custoimer service and they wont refund they make you order again and get a voucher off despicable customer service sticking to dominos from now one not value for money at all and the cheek of not refunding!

   First time trying pizza hut delivery. Ordered veggie sizzler and beyond beef sizzler yesterday afternoon. Something was wrong either with the ingredients (meat free beef?) or the freshness (ordered just as they opened for delivery so maybe used yesterday's ingredients?) as both my wife and I had strong stomach pains and diarrhea later that night and next morning (we didn't have anything else that day). Will never be ordering from pizza hut again unfortunately even if this was a one off thing. Back to dominoes.
