   So had a pizza delivered tonight, order came to £45 which isnt cheap, first the delivery driver who barely spoke a word of english took ages too find the house so the food waa quite cold... then i opened mine to find it was quite burnt. Called the store to which the manager sent out another pizza that took nearly an hour to come. Then another delivery driver again barely speaks english couldnt type in a simple postcode.. then the pizza was burnt again !!!! Really unimpressed and warn people to save your money and avoid

   I am extremely disappointed with my recent Domino’s order. Not only was the order wrong. I paid for cookies and received a garlic pizza instead but the response I received when I called to resolve it was unacceptable. I was told, “There’s nothing I can do about that since it was ordered online.” This is a shocking excuse from a company that should take responsibility for its own mistakes. The order was placed through your system, delivered by your staff, and the error was made by your team. Passing the blame onto the customer instead of fixing the issue is simply not good enough. This was supposed to be a Friday night treat for two excited kids who were promised pizza and cookies. Instead, we were left disappointed and without the items we paid for, along with no meaningful apology. I expect this to be resolved promptly, including a replacement or a refund for the incorrect items. Domino’s needs to address the process failures that led to this mistake and the poor customer service that followed.

   Worst pizza ever !! Completely dry and literally no toppings . The taste was awful . Garlic breads were no better as dry as, literally no cheese and not enough garlic sauce . The So called Manager - YBES is completely rude, unprofessional and arrogant. The previous reviews all say the same . I called up to complain and he was rude again on the phone and refused replacement or full refund . Non existent customer service and they are deliberately not putting on ey toppings and cheese as all the reviews can’t be wrong . Save your money and go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and get better quality food . Seriously AVOID at all costs and shame on Dominoes (this store )

   Staff act like the toppings are coming out of their wages. My pizza probably had about 20p of meat on it. And they forgot the burger sauce. One star is generous.

   Pizza always comes freezing cold. It’s cheaper to order pizza from Pizza express for delivery!!! The drivers don’t even used the heat bags here anymore! Over priced cold cheese on toast! Avoid this place at all costs.

   Whats more disappointing then the pizza i had is how the so called deals are worded on the website. "Medium pizza for £9.99"......."when you buy 2 or more"...so £19.99 for 2 medium pizzas than?

   large pizza is basically a small pizza with a bunch of bread added to the sides with no toppings, like you cant be serious with this. Every time i order its a gamble if i get a normal pizza or this 10 y.o. fail. I dont like empty bread, please do something about it

   I normally have a good experience with this dominos I don't think I've ever been disappointed in the food. It's a shame some dominos have sides that this one doesn't. It's good pizza and really satisfies my craving for pizza when I get it. It can be a little expensive when compared to cheaper pizza places but you honestly pay for quality I can speak from experience as I've had cheap pizza in the past and it was one of the worst things I've ever tasted so now I stick with "corporate" pizza chains.
