Received my order. Part of the order was incorrect. The food was totally gross. The fries were mostly dark brown, the calzone, looked nothing like a calzone. I will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.
All the food was disgusting. Bland and cold. I ordered fried chicken and got a microwaved chicken breast. Dont eat here, wrongons
Pizza was overdone and dry with barely any tomato sauce , the dips were boiling hot, called the takeaway and was spoken to very rudely, I usually order from Caspian in Alum rock and pizzas always good, I told them this and they told me I should go there then if I didn't like their pizza and this is what they do apparently , awful customer service and will not order from this Caspian again.
Order arrived 2 and half hours late. Stone cold. Extremely rude customer service and delivery drivers. Avoid at all costs !!
Didn’t even get to eat the pizza. Was delayed and still didn’t turn up on time so cancelled. Staff did not even care
Ordered chicken kebab pitta. Thete is deginately no kebab in this. All chivken which a horrible whiff to it and stale.
The Pizzas are very nice here, I always get my Pizzas from this Caspian and they give good service
Disgusting pizza. The chicken was old and smelt off. Family couldn't eat the pizza. We tried to take the chicken pieces off the pizza and try to eat it, but even then could smell something was off. Never ordering from here again. Wasted over £20 for something inedible! Luckily didn't get food poisoning! How can the restaurant play a lottery with people's health by using old chicken? Disgusting! Unhappy to say the least. I mean it's Caspian pizza, there prime food is pizza surely they could get pizza right and include fresh ingredients!?
