Appalling service, order did not arrive at all. Could not get through to them on the phone and when I finally did they lied to me. Told me driver was on his way then told me he was outside my door...he wasn't. So they said they'd get in touch with him and phone me back which they didn't. Avoid at all costs.
Staff are really friendly! Food quality is really good had donner meat and chips and it wasn’t greasy at all and hot. Bit on pricey side but I guess you pay for the quality, highly recommend
Order spent over £30 said hour be hour the said been delivered and hadn’t tried phoning after 5 times no answer said was on way hour later food came cold not what ordered
Don't care what anyone says Pizza Pan is a 10/10 wonderful place! My housemate recommended this place to me as I seen a leaflet appear. I have ordered a delivery from here to the house a few times before. The food is always nice and hot. Very very decent portion sizes. Pizza is beautiful, cheese burger meal is wonderful, potato wedges taste like no other and are definitely the best I've ever had. Wraps are very filling and tightly wrapped. The shakes are very yummy, as well as the hedgehog with hot custard what a childhood throwback absolutely delicious as well as the sprinkle sponge cake with hot custard. The menu has a lot to offer for it's customers. The man who delivers the food is nice and friendly and I can only assume the other people who work for Pizza Pan are too. What a classic take away shop nearby. Thank You!!
Awesome food, fab service and fairly priced too
Disappointed with my experience here. I had earlier phoned and ordered X2 pizza's for collection. The reason that I had phoned 12 minutes early, was to ensure that the pizza's are done and ready upon arrival, which I was told on the phone that this would be the case. Upon arrival, the pizza's was not done and ready. To be fair, the guy's in the kitchen did come across well and reasonably friendly. However, this doesn't change the fact that the pizza's should of been done and ready when I arrived, as agreed on the telephone. To make matters worse, I was then told half way through a conversation, that they don't accept card payments!!! What business (especially fast food) does not accept card payment method these days??? This resulted in me having to walk far out to a cash point, as the one at the local petrol station was out of order. This in turn made me very late for work. The guy in the kitchen did apologise but it's simply not good enough. I would recommend that the owner addresses the card payment issue and ensure that food is cooked promptly. However, I will most likely not return again.
I ordered my food last night from them through Just Eat website and that's how I received my order. Carrier bag was full of spilt sauce all around and the food packets were soaking wet with sauce. That's how they look after their customers orders and waste their money. Not recommended at all. Thanks
