   If zero stars existed i would solely give this place zero stars. Absolutely horrid! I ordered a cookie dough that was £5 and it was 2 small cookies lumped together and burnt, burnt and black. Wasn’t even edible and for 5£ that’s surely ridiculous!! Utterly ridiculous!! The chicken wings were raw but also burnt. Honestly how do you mess up that bad. Pizza was bland and bleak just like the shop. I absolutely never recommend this shop if i could starve to death or order from here again , I’d rather starve. Nasty food with workers who put no effort whatsoever honestly. Don’t order from here. And i spent 40£ honestly what a joke

   I waited hours for my food it had been delivered and left outside no one had contacted me i went to go check and realised they left it on my doorstep and in no bag. I bought it in to find SLUGS on my food. I feel really disgusted this is a major health hazard and im appalled.

   Honestly, Jojo’s is one of the worst pizza places I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a 15-inch half and half – one side tandoori chicken, the other side pepperoni. When I got it home and opened the box, the “pepperoni” side had ONE single slice of pepperoni on it. Yes, one. I had three kids waiting for this pizza and they ended up arguing over that single piece. What an absolute joke. I rang them straight away because I was so annoyed. The guy on the phone apologised and told me the next pizza would be free, he confirmed my address which was linked to my mobile number. Fine, I thought – at least they admitted they messed up. But when I called a couple of weeks later to take them up on it, suddenly they “couldn’t remember” ever saying that. The person on the phone was defensive, rude, and basically made me feel like I was lying. He even checked with a colleague who also denied it. So not only do they serve rubbish food, they also go back on their promises and make loyal customers feel stupid. Truth be told, the food here has always been below average. The bases are bland, the toppings are stingy, and the quality is all over the place. The only reason I’ve ever used Jojo’s is because it’s close to my house – not because it’s any good. And the staff? Miserable, unhelpful, and badly trained. Every time I’ve gone in they look like they don’t even want to be there. Between the awful food, the bad attitudes, and the complete lack of customer service, I honestly don’t know how this place is still running. If this is how they treat paying customers, they don’t deserve the business. I won’t ever order from Jojo’s again – I’d rather walk further and give my money to somewhere that actually knows how to make a pizza and respects its customers.

   Extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. I spent £10 on a meal and was told that a small tub of sauce – something that has always been included in previous orders – would now cost an extra 40p. When I offered to pay by card, I was told it’s cash only for the sauce. This kind of penny-pinching over a basic accompaniment, especially after spending a reasonable amount on food, leaves a very poor impression. It’s not about the 40p; it’s about the lack of consideration for loyal customers and the unwillingness to show even the smallest gesture of goodwill. He started saying how it costs them a lot to make the sauce. When in reality it does not… Unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off returning. There are plenty of other places that understand how to provide value and treat their customers with respect. Avoid this place, poor customer service. Just have a look at their other reviews down here and you will understand this place and its customer service is utterly disgusting and lacking.

   8.99 for a small pizza, fries and drink.. Quality not worth the price And then the cheek to charge 40p for a dip after spending 9£ on a small pizza meal Ridicilous! Over priced

   Ordinary taste, the service is so poor when they are busy, never answer the phone, by the time you call and go to the shop the prices went up, the guy was holding donner with hands when packing them, nothing surprises me cause of traditional “Desi” shop and the hygiene standards.

   Waited 2 hours for delivery, don’t pick up the phone, had Ordered from somewhere else in the meantime and they delivered before Jo Jo’s delivery came. Told the delivery driver and he claimed they were very busy. Keep your pizza Absolute shambles
