orderd food from here today food came late which wasn't an issue until the delivery driver tried to charge more at the door. Then took the food to finally eat to see my pizza had been squashed and handled awfully. Im very disappointed as ive brought food from here many of times and spent a lot of money.
Over charged me and gave me a dirty look when i questioned it which i found quite rude i tried to explain it and he wasn’t having it baring in mind he counted it in his head instead of totalling it on the till so i used my calculator as i was 100% sure he had over charged me i showed him the mistake and he just gave me a dirty look, they also re fry fries after being sat there for a while they tasted stale and pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. Will not be going here again. Rude establishment.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Prego Pizza. The staff had a noticeably bad attitude, which made the entire visit unpleasant. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they came across as rude and dismissive. Good food should be paired with good service, and unfortunately, this location completely failed in that regard. I will not be returning and cannot recommend it until the staff learn the basics of customer service and respect.
This was my first time using this establishment. I found it online and used their Internet order process. It was easy to find what I wanted and place the order. I received a call to confirm the delivery and another when the driver arrived. The food was very tasty and seemed to be quality, fresh ingredients. Very impressed.
First time I tried it, I was quite surprised how the pizza was, it was really good, beat my expectations of this place , I've drove past many times but never thought of trying it, now I'm here at least once a week
Hair in burger rung and complained got told nothing helpful straight denying it didn't come from the shop the hair didn't belong to no one; person at shop ended phone call hung up any calls I attempted after that. Didnt have no intention of replacing my meal as if got delivered on time forgetting the whole point was me finding a hair that didn't belong to me. Poor customer service.
Ordered a chicken burger at 1am and it never even turned up, I called them twice and both times was told 45 minutes, absolutely disgusting service from a business that doesn’t care. Do yourselves a favour, don’t order from here. You’d save more time raising a chicken killing it and making your own chicken burger
Ordered mixed kebab and chicken kebab and a cheesecake, order took nearly 2 hours to be delivered, driver basically threw the bags. Opened the stuff and there was more salad on the mixed kebab than actual meat. The cheesecake was frozen solid and the chicken kebab was as dry as anything and the chips were stone cold. Not happy at all
