   Customer service is truly a lost quality! This Acocks green branch is the worst for service such miserable so n so's at the front desk. Talk to you like you dont understand what their asking but in a really patronising way. Told him to calm himself down and talk with a little respect. Safe to say I walked out without ordering. Shame really as the pizza is nice but rather give my money elsewhere. The owner needs to have a word because this is not my first rodeo with these guys in AG. If im entering with a smile and over-politeness, the least I expect back is the same especially when im paying!

   I'm not usually one to leave reviews, however, I feel compelled to write a review for the amazing customer service and hospitality I had received from Pizza GoGo (Acocks Green) branch. Honestly, the best pizzas in Birmingham by far. They listened to my special requests and fully delivered. Thank you so much for your impeccable service. I can not recommend them enough! Everyone must give them a try!

   Can’t even rate the food as the service is terrible Went in AFTER 11am today and the guy was extremely rude telling me to come when they are open. Baring in mind its past their opening hours. We are having a celebration do today at lunch time for children at the mosque and the opening time was ideal for me to order from here. The way the guy spoke when politely asked if I could order pizza left me extremely annoyed and I wouldn’t return. Thank you to Tops Pizza who also open at the same time. They were very polite when taking my order. Advice for pizza go go: A) open on time or change your hours on google B) don’t bark at customers because you opened later and are not ready to serve C) provide staff basic customer service in communication training

   Pizza go go ( especially the acocks green branch ) does not get their flowers enough time after time they never fail to deliver the perfect pizza hot, flavourful, value for money, bang on all the time dominos, pizza hut, Caspian's, step aside these guys are experts in their craft and always friendly service.

   First time order a pizza and curly fries. I am still eating and writing my review. The best pizza I eat after very long time I tried many other pizza shops but didn’t like it.the taste and quality is perfect. The price is a bit high but for the taste it’s worth it

   Have ordered from here twice as i believe in 2nd chances HOWEVER... 1st time i ordered the order was incomplete. 2nd time it was pizza undercooked and cold and had barely any toppings despite asking for extra so my 1st complaint is 1. its overpriced 2. incompetent staff who cant get an order right 3. cold food 4. Undercooked I'll keep my business with pizza crush on Yardley Road much better food and service

   Make sure you confirm your order with whoever takes it. I ordered and told the guy two pizzas I want to order and wedges. I get one pizza and wedges and when I told the guy behind the till they kept pointing to the receipt, where he’d only put the one pizza (I didn’t ask for a copy as assumed captured fine). Had to wait another 10 mins for the second pizza to be made. They didn’t give a s*it to be honest, but pizzas from here are good hence 3*.

   Update 30-10-2022: Seems your customer service department is least concerned about complaints of your customers. Sent email per reply to following complaint but in vain till date. Your shop is charging 40p for a 2nd dip. Beyond understanding, small pizza come with 1 dip, medium and large also with one. See for yourself the quantity, size and the prices that you are charging. Toppings incomplete and most of the time swirl of garlic sauce is not there simply stating its finished. You people charge full amount of the product but least bothered to deliver the promised quatity and quality. Its "khiyanat" and "milawat" if you understand. Am customer of this branch since 2018 but present team is not only rude but does not keep upto standards of professionalism and customer services. Don't know if Mr. Sardar is still in management, if still there, shall look into himself as the present team is earning a bad name to this branch. With Regrets Mian Farrukh 1st remark: Bought large pizza and the dealing person refused to put standard 2 dips in it instead asked 40p. Rude behaviour and discriminatory attitude of the person sitting at the back. What a shame for doing such khiyanat, charging full amount and delivering less items. Equivalent to milawat instead being ashamed he used abusive language reflecting his mental and broughtup status. Never had such experience at this place am their customer for last 4 years.

   Pizzas: Taste quality is 'good'. But the amount of toppings (sauce, cheese, vegetables) is 'Extremely Low'. About 3 to 4 times more amount toppings would be required to make the pizzas resemble the ones shown on the website (See attached photo from website). Also, about 3 times more thicker pizza base (bread) would be required to make the pizzas resemble the ones shown on the website (See attached photo from website). Message For Customer Support Department (That Reads This Review): ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Can you arrange for this branch to place 4 times more amount of toppings (sauce, cheese, vegetables), and make the pizza base (bread) 3 times more thicker. - Why not ? If the above was done, then I would give 5 stars (as I would be provided what was being advertised, in the photos)
