   Good okay. Seemingly the best Pizza Hut locally but I know they could taste much better! Tried the beyond meat range. It was okay but sadly not good enough to tempt any of the family away from our normal choices!

   I Ordered at 8 .26 pm online, I ordered 2 pizzas and a side order for the family . At 9 54 pm it still hadn't come so I rang and was told the delivery driver had stolen the pizzas ?? so they told me that they would resend the order with Free Cookie dough to compensate . I waited another hour and rang again and was told they were very sorry that they were short of van drivers and the food would be 15 minutes so I said OK . It is now 11.40 and We phoned because it didn't arrive the phone was not answered . We checked opening hours and its now closed . We paid in advance by Visa card and Basically Pizza Hut have not delivered and still took our money. i Would Like for a manager to contact me and explain what happened and why and Reimburse our money . I will never order from here again . THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERRING FROM PIZZA HUT ACOCKS GREEN

   Used to order from here for years but never this branch again and they clearly have new unhygienic staff who think it's ok to leave food on the ground outside for people to eat like animals. They don't follow instructions and I hope the business makes a good decision to bring in better staff like they used to have. Also the delivery driver definitely shouldn't be walking around on the street swearing at the top of his lungs when he is a representation of what used to be a nice family establishment. The person on the phone was also rude just because as a customer I wanted to let them know their driver is treating people like dogs. If I could give less that one star believe me they would get a big fat 0 out of 5

   Attitude of the staff is ridiculous. They are unable to take a correct order. No one knows what is going on. I ordered pizzas and 4 chocolate chip cookie doughs..paid over the phone..received a call saying they are out of chocolate chip cookie dough and if I wanted a different flavour instead..I told them no thank as we dnt like any other flavours..they said they will refund my money in cash at the door..when I received my order I was told there was a mistake and really they did have chocolate chip cookie dough so have bought it with them..I said that's fine and took the order..when opened the box it was a different flavour which we don't eat..called the branch back spoke to very rude member of staff who wasn't admitting his fault..I told them they can take the dough back and give me a refund..told him I wanted to speak to the manager..when I spoke to the manager he apologised and said there was a mistake and he will refund the money into my account within the next 5 working days...it Has been over 2 weeks and they haven't refunded...very disappointed as I know that these are not Pizza Hut standards...I have to call them back and chase up again. Very very poor customer service.

   Excellent service, with excellent food. The quality has improved, and the pizza is looking a lot better than before. I use this shop slot, yes it's not perfect, but tell me a shop that is? Given time, everyone improves and this store certainly has improved.
