   Ordered a gluten free pizza on the way home last night. The pizza tasted lovely, being gluten free tho there unable to cut it as all the cutters get used on other pizzas so cant guarantee gluten free. Isnt as much choice with gluten free and ot medium size. Only negative is the person on the till wasnt easy to understand so was abit harder to order.

   Excellent customer service… Ok, so I ordered a pizza 2 days ago off the app and when it arrived, it was as if the driver had shaken the box all the way, creating quite a mess. Needless to say, when I opened said box I was not best pleased. HOWEVER… I contacted the Shirley branch and sent a picture to the manager. Upon receiving it, he called me back and offered me a complimentary pizza and drink for my next delivery. I took advantage of this tonight… it was logged on the system, so no issues ordering and it arrived promptly. The initial issue is something that can happen, and the response in customer service was excellent, they are a credit to the company and have kept a loyal customer. Bravo…
