I booked for a table of 13 for our Christmas meal. Vicky was absolutely a pleasure to deal with from my first phone call with her to actually speaking to her in person she could not do enough to make our experience more pleasurable. Staff were amazing and food was excellent.
Pizza Express hosted us for our Christmas meal! They truly were the best. Food: amazing, Staff: attentive and accommodating, service: speedy and efficient! We were put in the corner so we could play our party games and be a bit loudish without disturbing others! One of the best, if not the best, Christmas meal we've had in a long while! We went here Friday evening and we were really impressed! The service was great- waitress was really helpful and knowledgeable about the different dishes. Food arrived promptly- fresh, hot and well presented. And was so tasty! We will definitely be back- beats any other Solihull pizza that’s for sure!
I went to pizza express today as part of a large group of people. The staff were lovely, accommodating us amazingly and making us feel very welcome. Paris and Johnny just made our day, making our experience here, at pizza express a great one. The food was absolutely delicious and every order was correct and the food arrived quickly. couple of years ago you couldn’t even get a seat here for a good hour, these days very few people are seated. Dirty cups on the table as the usual for Solihull restaurants, food was decent pizza are thin still edible though. If you get a portion of chips expecting a bowl or something you’ll like to know now you’re getting 8 chips max mate not even a joke the state of it. Honestly
Lovely evening meal today. A particular mention to the chef team, who accommodated my request for little changes to the pizza I ordered and delivered it exactly as I like it! Also appreciated the birthday roulade (complete with candle) served at the end. Thank you. Friendly and attentive service and a lovely evening.
We had arrived on Sunday evening with my husband and was promptly seated by a young lovely lady, who seemed like the only waiter working. Our drinks were brought swiftly and so was the food. The food was excellent and the waiter with the name Italy on her card had given us also excellent service. She recommended for us to get the app but it took too long to download. Definitely will come back again!
This evening I went with my son to eat at Pizza express. I wish to thank the lovely polite young waitress, and the manager. I apologise for not getting both your names. We had a pleasant evening, as we do every Monday. Thank you both for making our evening, and will be returning.
Slow service was the letdown in this restaurant. There were not many covers and a table was served before me despite coming in afterwards. The team need to work on being more efficient. They also ran out of ice. Other than that the food was the quality you would expect from Pizza Express.
