   Order never arrived. I made an almost £40 order on just eat which was accepted at 22:50 on a Monday night for delivery by 23:40. I got a notification to say it was on the way at 23:30. No sign of the food 30 minutes later so called the restaurant. The woman on the phone said they were closed and did not receive the order (not sure whether this is just eat’s fault or the restaurant fault). She then proceeded to “ask her manager” and left me on hold for 10 mins to never return. I tried to call back multiple times and it rang out. Really poor customer service, would not order from here again

   we placed an ordered 21 pizzas through My Uber eats, we pre scheduled delivery to be at 12.30 and we got the actually got the pizza delivered around 2.39 PM. We had communicated multiple times with the store and the store assitance were kept on saying its getting ready and will be there soon. We ordered this for an office xmas party and people were starving and was humiliating having to keep on saying its coming,we had to buy some nibbles for the guys for the time being inorder to avoid the embarassment. The store also wasnt very helpful when we rang them multiple times regarding our order, they even complained about ordering this many pizzas around lunch time and told us we should have placed an order few days before etc. overall it was very disappointing service from you guys when we had multiple companies nearer to our workplace. Please raise this as a complaint since we are not happy with our overall experience with your company.

   Delivery guy never delivered my order left voicemail: pick up at store .. store was already close … worst attitude I ever seen from store manager … absolute disrespectful ordering pizzas every week at least once and never gonna do it again …. Worst experience ever …. This store does even deserve one penny from non of you …

   I’m furious. Ordered a large order from here using the app in the early hours of the morning. The app said the store was open 24hrs. I ordered and paid over £30 and on arrival the store was closed. When I phoned the number supplied in the email the guy sheepishly asked me to phone back in the morning. Not good enough. It’s 2022. Surely opening and ordering times can be sorted out appropriately. Shoddy.

   Superb service.. It was late night I ordered click and collect pizza from Domino's Pizza - Manchester - Arena and found that the shop was closed and I was asked to come for collection but when they knew the situation they came to me for delivery.. They saved me that day.. Special thanks to Oxford road Domino’s Pizza guy who delivered pizza that night.. Bless you
