   Had an absolutely terrible experience at the Pizza Hut in the Arndale food court, Manchester. The pizza was genuinely awful – cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The crust was rubbery, the cheese barely melted, and the toppings were sparse and bland. Honestly, I’ve had better frozen pizza from a supermarket. To make it worse, the staff didn’t seem to care. No greeting, no smile – just handed over the pizza like they were doing me a favour. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least a fresh, edible pizza. This was a waste of money and a total letdown. Definitely won’t be coming back. Very Bad customer service , we never visited again in life .

   Visited yesterday, food was fine no issues, however the guy cooking was very rude, i asked the lady serving how long was the wait on the cheese pizza, she tried to help by checking the oven, the guy snapped at her and said "you just carry on serving like i told you to" then he glared at me, not the best approach to customer service and certainly very rude and a clear case of bullying within the workplace, i felt sorry for the lady having to endure that tone in front of customers, he needs to have his attitude addressed..

   Avoid this place at all costs. If you need to know the details, please read on. Thanks. I went to the Pizza Hut express in the Food Court in Arndale Centre during a short lunch break in the middle of March 2023 and ordered a small Margherita Pizza, some fries and a bottle of still water. The fries and Pizza came in two boxes. As I sat down to eat I noticed that the Pizza was not Margherita Pizza but it was just a plain cheese pizza. I took it straight to the counter. The person at the counter( the only one working there as far as I could see) was rude and condescending. "Cheese and Tomato is Margherita" was the answer I received which was repeated once more. I was in a rush and hungry and so did not argue with him and also did not point out to him that without tomato and only cheese it only becomes a 'cheesy' pizza. I don't know if Pizza express has changed the recipe for Margherita Pizza or the great guy there modified it because tomato and tomato based products are difficult to source.
