Ordered a pizza specifically not to include cheese due to having an allergy, pizza arrived with cheese, phoned up to ask them for a replacement pizza in which they argued for five minutes on the phone until they sent a driver to come and replace the pizza after insisting that the pizza does not have cheese. After another 45 minutes and a call back to see where the driver is, the guy shouts Down the phone complaining that he phoned and waited outside for 20 minutes, in which we never revieved any text, phone call or ring on the door bell. Suffice to say their customer service skills are severely lacking and vile. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
Due to an allergy, I can't have cheese on pizza. My pizza had cheese on and when we phoned the people, we got shouted at. Up until recently they were my go to pizza place. This is unacceptable.
