Always my go to for Parties, just quiet night in. Very friendly staff, Clean shop too. Reasobale price too. Must Try.
I ordered 1rst time from pizza point, and forgot to change address ,and submit my order with wrong address, but driver and shop contact me and dliver it to my address which was 8 minutes more far from that address, driver was very polite I offered him extra mony for my mistake but he refused it,and delivered my order ,food was nice my kids enjoyed it ,hope will order next time ,thnx thnx.
We recently tried the pizza from Pizza Point. While the taste was quite nice, the pizzas were slightly overcooked, as you can see in the attached image. On a brighter note, the crispy fries with mayo were a delight. The prices are reasonable, but the place was extremely noisy, with lots of people around. Because of the noise, my kids have decided we won’t be visiting again.
many years we bought pizza from here, sometimes orders is not right, the last few times was bad but never was horrible like today!!! we just wasted our money, pizza was tastless, cheese didn't cover all pizza, peperroni was all burned, im not even talking about toppings it was just sauce, peperroni(burned all (we paid extra for topping )), some paprika and cant even said that have any chicken on it just crubs of it, you cant taste it.... it was just horrible expierence, we will not buy nothing from Handsworth pizza point!!! AVOID!!!
Called to order two family pizzas guy on the phone was very RUDE and disrespectful and kept saying come in and order and was refusing to take my order on the phone don’t work in customer facing roles when you don’t have any customer service skills. Avoid!
Terrible customer service experience. Very rude staff's and the pizza is not nice. I will rather travel miles to buy else where than to having to deal with such a rude people's. Very disappointed
A guy is working in this place whose name is Naqibullah, who wear glasses he is the most rude person I have seen in my life. I’m a regular customer of the pizza point. I ordered minimum 2XL pizza every single week, I saw the customer service he gave to the customer was totally unacceptable for me. I spook to an other guy who is also working there about his rude behaviors. After that he started to be rude with me without any reason. I order 2XL pizza today, I was waiting there for more than 20 minutes to collect it. At the paying time, I was talking about waiting time with a guy on counter Baqibullah came and told me to leave the shop and never order here again. I asked him the reason, he didn’t answer me. I will never recommend pizza point to someone as long this guy Naqibullah is working there. I will never ever order again from them unit he is there.
I've ordered on the phone, I've sent my friend to get them, pizzas were ready after 20 minutes, my friend could see the pizzas were already in the boxes, but he still asked if the pizzas are ready, someone told my friend that wait for 5 minutes he'll give him a shout, my friend waited for more that 10 minutes and he asked another person in the shop, he got exactly those boxes which were on top if the pizza machine. My friend told him that he's been seeing these since 10 minutes, so why did someone make him wait ? The guy whose name is Naqibullah, a tall guy who wears glass, got angry with my friend and said if you don't like taking them don't order, don't even come to the shop he was arguing with my friend. Come on who on earth would argue with a customer? He definitely needs to be trained to have great customer skills not treat anyone like what he did today.
