   Really disappointing experience. Collected an order 20/12/25 PM. Unfortunately I suffered from severe food poisoning the following day. I rang the staff to make them aware so they could make any changes necessary & prevent others getting sick. Unfortunately the staff member who answered the phone just said ‘we’ll check our processes’ then put the phone down. No apology/remorse/refund. I feel this approach really lacks customer care and empathy.

   Although we had booked a table online it hadn’t registered at the restaurant. It wasn’t a problem and Sophie A was friendly and helpful and showed us to a suitable table straight away. She explained that it was the custom now to scan the code on the table and order by our mobile phone . She did offer to help if we had difficulty, which we did !! She helped with our ordering for the 4 of us and even suggested how to add an extra side dish for less money . The food came within a few minutes and was fresh and hot . The salad bar was well stocked and fresh . We were there with our grandchildren as well as other families which made for a happy and relaxed atmosphere.. I must praise Sophie A , she was bubbly and friendly but still very professional. She kept herself busy at all times, leading new customers to the table, helping with orders, clearing and re-setting tables and finally bringing the bill for us to pay.

   We’ve been here a couple of times now with my little boy. Unfortunately, I did spill a drink this time after having one of those days. Helen and her colleague were amazing. I offered to clean it myself but they were more than accommodating, and even replaced my drink which they didn’t have to do. Such lovely staff there and I know they were super busy, but still went above and beyond for us.

   Ordered a family deal for four, only cost £49.99. Good service and good food. Came for the salad bar, and just found the dessert was great too. Would come back again.

   Excellent, as usual. Only downside was that the salad bar wasn't fully stocked, which was a bit disappointing - probably because it was 8pm or so but we were still paying for it...? Staff were lovely, though.

   I like the ordering via the app. The food was lovely although it took over half an hour from requesting desserts to receiving them and then a brownie was overcooked. It was still edible though and I enjoyed it. The restaurant didn't really seem that busy although the staff seemed to favour cleaning and rearranging tables rather than keeping attention so the customers there already.

   This was my first time visiting Warrington and my grandson wanted to go to Pizza Hut. When we arrived we were greeted by a very polite young man who explained the new way of ordering and even asked us about any allergies which i personally thought was very considerate. He seated us, showed us how to do the new online ordering which i was very grateful for. The salad bar was fully fresh and was consistently being refilled by the staff. I ordered the hot meat feast which was perfect and my grandson loved every second of it. Our server was very mature and made sure we were well looked after. Tom is a credit to Pizza Hut. The only issue that I had was that the gents toilet wasnt particularly clean as a few kids had made a mess which is not the staffs fault as they had their hands full. Overall our meal was amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon.

   Amazing service sat down straight away place was busy and got our food so quick. Ordered with the barcode on the table and fully paid for it there and then which is great. Food quality is so worth it and you get lots for what you pay for and it’s not expensive at all. Will be coming again soon.
