took over 1 and a half hours to arrive rang twice only to be told that it was only 10 minutes away and that it'd be here soon only saving grace was that the food was warm
Ordered a chicken shish kebab with fries. I have never complained before but wow that was horrid. The lettuce and the pitta was fine but the lamb shish was inedible and was like rubber, the chicken was how you would expect the shish to be. the fries were well below average.
Absolutely atrocious food, it is sold as something it definitely isn't. This place is absolutely disgusting for thinking this food is acceptable, its disgusting and needs to be sorted you can't charge that money for your product. A dying old man could a better attempt. Avoid this place, it's ripping us off
been going to this place for years, ordered some food and waited for 2 hours. order was incorrect and got told i’d get my order remade and sent out correctly. waited for another hour and food still not arrived & number has been blocked . never again.
food was nice we ordered the bbq chicken wrap and the kids pizza the wrap did look like it had just been thrown together but was fine the kids pizza was alright and we got a milkshake a large one was smaller then thought it would be for a large and for the price
Asked for bbq chicken kebab with salad and chicken strip meal I got funny green chicken on bed of lettuce and soggy chicken strips and a breast on the bone, bloody awful
Delivery was late and when rang was told it had left the shop 20 minutes before. Still took another 15 minutes to arrive so of course was all cold. And the kebab was just shish not shish and dinner as requested. Refund asked for.
Really dissatisfied, i never complain but felt ripped off really. A burger bun that fell apart with slop, the boxes the food come in looked like they had been kicked around the floor.they was no hope for the food inside, My fella had a meat box and really didn't enjoy it and spent the next day on the toilet and had to go home from work. The only decent thing was the garlic bread
If I could give 0 stars I would, I knew when I ordered the guy wasn’t listening and asking me to repeat everything. He told me 45 minutes. Nearly 2 hours waiting for food that never even arrived! Kids absolutely starving...You’ve just lost good customers never again! Joke of a business. Put someone competent on the phone for a start then maybe you’ll get some food who knows!
