I am not happy because the man who served me was abit rude when I didn’t hear clearly what the man said when I fort he said my name for collection and wasn’t much polite so I won’t use this place just from now on
Ordered food. The app said it was delivered. When I called a woman answered the phone and was rude and dismissive. Food never arrived and no answer when ringing back. Clearly the staff ain’t all there
Staff use their initiative when taking orders and are very polite and friendly. Food always delivered faster than predicted and pizza tastes delicious. Sadly prices are creeping up:(
Writing this review for one simple reason. Please for the love of God cut the pizza properly every time I get domino's from here it's not cut properly merely pressed on with the cutter but not all the way through other then that the delivery was quick and the delivery driver was polite, the food was ok nothing special. Prices are extortionate.
Food is honestly really good from here, the people who work here are outstanding at there job and do try to make everything correct in the amount of time they have, I have however put the service at three for one reason sometimes there is not enough staff in especially when it gets really busy to take orders however if you’re patient and wait, don’t get mad it’s alright, the atmosphere although the place is small is really good, because you can see the people making the food and I think that gives you a good perspective that your food is in good hands.
Made a huge order, it was all prepared on time, extremely hot & lovely customer service! Extra dips too, 10/10
Awful service! My drink didn’t arrive with my order and I was basically called a liar and a thief by an extremely rude member of staff who then hung up on me. When I called back she refused to speak to me and wouldn’t provide her name. I have taken this further as this was totally unacceptable. This person seriously needs to learn how to speak to paying customers correctly. Shocking service!!!
Great service, food hot and tasty. THE BEST twisted dough balls are made in this store.
Use to get delivery no fuss. Since I started driving I can now pick up myself and the staff here are simply fabulous. Really friendly and helpful. Food’s gorgeous it’s my weekend treat usually :)
You know what credit where credit is due. I met a lady working here who clearly had a bad day. Anyway I got a sorry and I got a free pizza. I didn't believe the sorry at the time however she was more than happy with it and her. It's OK to have a bad day...
