   Update March 2024 Had further pizzas delivered from here recently, all scorching hot and made perfectly, like it used to be about 5 years ago. Disappointed that its closing Update Feb 2024 Just had 2 pizzas delivered, very hot, made to perfection, could have been used on the website they looked so good, nice to see things have improved. Further update Feb 2020 Had one last week, was worried it would take forever and be poor again, it was very good, something must have changed again, hopefully they can keep it up. Old review It used to be the best around, then it went to being the worst for 6+ months, then it came back good again, but yet again its now 1+ hour for delivery etc, cant see it lasting much longer when Dominos gets it perfect every single order

   You're lucky if you get your pizza. Ordered an hour before they closed and they accepted the order. Over an hour later I'm calling up to ask where my order is and they don't answer the phone. In fact, they button you. I know this because I called them straight after them putting the phone down on me and the line was busy. So they actively ignore their phone. When you do get the food, it's hit and miss anyway. I don't think I've ever dealt with a worse takeaway to be honest. They don't give a flying F about customer service. Go to Domino's instead.

   You shouldn't pay £20 for a pizza and then have to heat it up in the microwave when it arrives. Took an hour and 30 minutes to arrive from ordering online, told us it had been delivered on the tracker 20 minutes before it did. Hardly any toppings on one of the pizzas, basically glorified garlic bread. Shame, as I imagine the other pizza would have been nice when it's fresh and hot.

   1 hour 45 later, still waiting for a pizza. And no one picking up the phone to tell me how long its going to be or even whether they have even had my order through. No option to cancel an order anywhere online. So no food, and no service either. Emailed their "head office" to sort out a refund, its theft to take my money and not give me anything in return.

   !!!Warning!!! Vegan pizza ordered for dairy allergy, dairy based cheese received. Phoned store to report, apology given, offered replacement. One hour later, still no replacement received. No means to officially complain or request refund. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

   Ordered a meal deal online, showed delivered on the tracking system for 15 mins before it arrived ten mins ago stone cold! Tried to call the restaurant 8 times to no answer to so can’t even complain. Ruined our family evening, it’s currently sat in the oven warming up as I type this. Not what you’d expect of a large chain. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

   We ordered online at 6pm. The pizza tracker crept along, updating regularly. Then at 7pm it told us the pizza was delivered. We waited a few minutes to see if it was just updating prematurely but nothing. At 7:10 we received a text offering a percentage off our next order (great, we won't be making one) and so tried to ring the shop directly. After 10 minutes, someone answered then left us waiting whilst they looked into it. They told us that, despite the tracker changing half an hour before, the food had JUST left the shop. His explanation was that they have to 'complete' orders before new ones are accepted on the system. When it arrived, it was cold. I'm actually shocked by the poor service. Stop accepting orders if you can't get them out properly. And to top it all off, you can only ring to enter a complaint with the wider company Mon-Fri 9-5. Won't be using them again.
