Delivery driver did not wash his hands and started to add toppings when allready the woman was making the pizza Asian lady with a tattoo on her hand there was a woman called Julie there aswell very very moody young bloke working there just staring and getting involved for no reason very poor management team scheweta was getting angry as she is supposedly the manager there please avoid as cross contaminated clearly.and no hand sanitizer used I was there for 15 mins and all this happened in this time the server touched the till the phone and then went and made the pizza
Uber eats order scheduled for delivery 7:00-7:30. Phoned store 7:20 to remind them. Store said already out for delivery and 5 minutes as "bad traffic". Not delivered till 7:45, late and each pizza was cold and hard. Obviously cooked well in advance as pizza label said it was cooked 6:50 and not delivered as per schedule. Very poor quality and very bad attitude of the Aldridge store. Uber eats complain sent it
Delivery was good quite quick but ordered a cheese and tomato pizza which was just thick base with a smidge of tomato on it with very very little cheese! I mean if I order a cheese and tomato pizza I want some cheese on it! Had to add my own cheese and put in my oven. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again, over priced for what was essentially hot tomato bread, how hard is pizza to get right? It’s just dough, Tom paste and cheese! Jesus wept! £25 for 1 personal size. 1 small pizza and a few wings. Just a joke.
Gone down hill last order took ages to arrive and only just warm couldn't get in touch to complain

Order dominos today at 12.10pm for deliverey, the pizza came at 1.20pm over hour of waiting time and when it came it was burnt. When paying between £30-40 for pizza i would expect it on time and not burnt. Disappointed in the customer service and won't be ordering from this branch anytime soon again.
Ordered a double decadence a few weeks back and got a standard base.... Then ordered a double decadence again on 10/08/2021 and received correct base but they seemed to have forgot the garlic and herb sauce which is in between the bases that actually make it a double decadence. Delivery is always prompt and pizza is hot but, as you're paying extra for a base, please get it right or at least put some flipping sauce on the middle!
Recently ordered a pizza from here, the order took an hour to arrive despite the store being 5 minutes drive away from me. The food was Luke-warm and somewhat stale and after a check call made to the store to ask where our pizza was the delivery guy turned up in a taxi! Not a very professional image and given the tardy response time I'd say he was doing taxi jobs on the side. I always liked dominos but the quality of this particular branch has dropped considerably in the last few years and its unacceptable considering the prices charged. I'll be using a competitor in the future.
