   Awful. The only way to describe it. 1 hour and 32 minutes for delivery of a pizza less than 4 miles away. Rang the store on 3 or 4 occasions to enquire when the delivery was due. It's on its way was the response. Simple order of 1 pizza arrived 1 and half hours later. Asked if I could speak to the manager, Asif, but told he is not there. Call back tomorrow or Monday. Spoke to Ali to try and cancel the order and get a refund. He was unable to do, and told me to call back to speak to the manager. Never ever again. I should have looked at some of the other reviews. They say the same, NEVER AGAIN!

   Took over 40mins to deliver, just ordered one pizza and i live 7mins away the tracker doesnt work as well

   Always use Papa Johns but service has gone massively down hill and they charged me £3 for jalapeños must of been £1 each cos there was only 3 on the whole pizza. They also gave me the wrong order I questioned it and they said no its yours ?? It clearly wasn't my order and they took it off me and put it back under heat lamps and got the correct order

   Took a lot longer than usual. Cheese had solidified on pizza. Marked as delivered 10 mins before it was delivered. Food was lukewarm at best

   Ordered 2 pizzas to collect after the boxing on Saturday (26th April) and stupidly thought I would get better pizzas by collecting! Ordered a Works and a spicy veg and unfortunately what I got was short on toppings and way too much base/dough - tried to call the next day and speak to a manager and the person that answered was less than helpful - NEVER AGAIN

   Fist time ordering from here and definitely will not be the last. The food was outstanding. Lovely and hit. And the garlic sauce omg amazing. The driver was very friendly. Definitely Definitely ordering from Papa John's in the future
