   Just wanted to say that I've ordered multiple pizzas from this venue over 2/3 years and every pizza has been delicious. Every time I've used the excellent App to order from, ready on time (usually midweek early-mid evening). The staff have gone the extra mile with me twice. One time to help me sort a parking machine nightmare I was having next door (offered a personal phone for me to use and came outside to assist). The second time was when I was well over an hour late picking up my pizza due to a family crisis and the guy wouldn't let me leave until he had baked a fresh pizza for me FOC! I was so pleased with their approach that I prioritise buying a pizza from the Great Barr branch.

   I had a great experience with Pizza Hut takeaway. My order was ready on time, and the staff were polite and helpful. The pizza was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Everything was packed well, and the service was quick and easy. I was really happy with my meal and will definitely order again.

   Hi i just rang up pizza hut Newton road great baar spoke to a chap called abdul ..trying to put a order thru as we have allergy to mushrooms he said we dont take anything of pizza i said we used pizza hut for years and have always requested no mushrooms never had a problem your the first to tell me that.. Than he replied he said so have others used us for years too .. I will like to ask abdul ..people will allergies have to suffer as u wont take mushrooms off ?? I have just this minute also wrote to pizza hut who deals with franchise and explained I work in the law field its outrageous people like him are rude and make up things as they go along and he bluntly said I dont care put phone down. The tone of this guy was like he was above the law in the catering industry

   Didn’t realise how bad this franchise is until came to write a review. Funny how 1 star is on par with 5 star. Staff at this franchise are really unprofessional and have no care. Ordered pizza via Deliveroo where the time kept getting extended. Deliveroo had said driver was waiting there for a while. Phoned franchise to clarify time frame and just kept getting told can’t answer for 3rd parties and that couldn’t hear me. Phone was put down on me. No professional service at all to communicate with customers. When Delivery finally came it was cold and the pizza base wasn’t even cooked. Pretty sure can’t blame that on a 3rd party. Ended up ordering from Dominoes after as didn’t want food poisoning. Couldn’t be happier with Dominoes service, quick and actually cooked pizza. Wouldn’t be ordering from this Great Barr Pizza hut franchise again.

   Pizza Hut always hits the spot! I love the variety on the menu — from classic pan pizzas to pasta and wings, there’s something for everyone. The delivery was super fast, and everything arrived hot and fresh. The flavors are consistent every time, which is why I keep coming back. Big fan of the stuffed crust too — it makes the whole meal feel like a treat. Highly recommend Pizza Hut for a reliable and satisfying meal

   Poor customer care service. Error with the deal I selected on the app however they just gave me a £5.00 Evoucher. I won’t be ordering from them again. The restaurant also didn’t seem bothered by the discrepancy.

   I ordered 5 pizza yesterday from Pizza Hut Great Barr, I normally ordered from here not a problem but this time round the base and crust was paper thin. I complained to them the following day as I was busy with the fireworks and the manager said there is nothing we can do. Classic has a thin base and a thick crust. You can see by the picture no crust at all.

   On calling for a delivery order, we requested, as we always do, what the deals were. We were told 2 large pizzas with a classic side for £23.99. We ordered this and also ordered 2 sides of wings. When our order arrived, the classic side of garlic bread was missing. We called to inform that the garlic bread was missing. We were told that it was never ordered. The lady who we were speaking to was unbelievably rude. We asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. We asked for her name which was Chloe, but refused to give us her surname. She said she was too busy to talk to us and put the phone down. We regularly order from this branch but never again.

   2 hours, still no food arrived- status "packing your order" for the last hour and a half. Cannot get through to store. Avoid delivery option, best you collect or order from a better pizza shop. Shocking service, manage your busy periods better you clowns.
