   This place is really hit and miss. Sometimes you get really good food. Other times it's shocking and not edible. Our food came lastnight and it tasted vile, it was like it was cooked and left to soak on oil. That's all I could taste. The gravy was thick and oily too. We tried to contact the restaurant but they wouldn't pick up the phone. So will be contacting the bank for our money back because I'm not paying for something I could eat because it was disgusting. Sort it out Frankie's

   Its ok but I've had It a few times now where I have to air fry it when it comes because it just isn't crispy the flavour and the concept of frankies is great but they need to rethink their cooking method it's better than KFC if the chicken was.crispy

   Usually come here for a snack in work on my break but couldn't resist the urge even on my day off last night so ordered a delivery for me & a friend. Sweet n sour pizza, absolutely spot on! And the chicken strips & chicken wings absolutely gorgeous as always! Will be grabbing more tomorrow at work as usual!

   Was feeling hungry and the bus stop was right outside Frankie's so gave it a try. Ordered chicken fillet burger with chips and drinks. The burger was a typical frozen chicken breast and only a small cut out from the breast at best . It was the same size as the bum. Quite small tbh. The burger tasted okay nothing special, the fries on the other hand where hot fresh and salted perfectly, also a good portion compared to say maccies. Would try this place in the future for there drumsticks or other poultry goods .

   I ordered Chicken Combo Chicken Wrap and donner meat and chips and cheese the pieces of chicken did not taste right and the donner meat was lukewarm delivery was quick so couldn’t understand why only lukewarm food won’t be using again

   All the food was freezing my garlic bread was rock solid and had no cheese the pizza I order was really thin and burnt the Donner kebab was freezing and really hard to chew asked for a refund which got refused just eat gave me £10 account credit when I spent over £31 what a joke I order from here the night before and had no problem but tonight's order was shocking definitely won't be ordering from here again so disappointed!!

   Ignore the negative reviews. New owners best value and tasting pizza in St Helens( they don't scrimp on the cheese). Also the wings are fantastic.

   A few weeks ago I thought I'd try Frankies delivery, huge mistake. Pieces of pepperoni hidden under the cheese in the margherita and I ended up eating a tiny bit before realising then throwing up.I've been vegetarian for 10 years and it's knocked me for six. Called back and told them and a replacement was delivered with what I thought might be complimentary fries. Nope opened the box it was chicken, they must have thought it was funny. In all my time of ordering take aways I've never had anything like this before.

   Order for my family was over TWO HOURS late. The three times I had to call for an update the call handler was blunt, discourteous and just didn’t care. He just kept telling me to ‘give it 10-15 minutes’. Then he just left me on hold and apparently took the phone off the hook or blocked me as I couldn’t call back. When the order finally arrived, the driver didn’t care to apologise for the delay and the food was barely warm. To top it off, to say the food tasted average would be an outrageous compliment. Would not go back here if they were the only place open and I was starving. Egregiously poor service; not a shred of competence, quality or honesty about this place.
