Staff great. Food great Cashless - poor. There should be an option to pay cash, card or online. I would give a 5 star but being Cashless is no good. I hope that other businesses dont follow suit
Pricey but the deals and unlimited salad do help with that. Not a lot of service goes on beside cooking as its all done electronically included payment and self serve salad. But staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Wasn't a massive fan of chicken dippers (they were quite dry) can't beat the cookies for dessert although for the price I would only have them with a deal and not pay outright.
We come to this Pizza Hut fairly regularly and usually have a good experience. However, today the service was really poor, despite the restaurant not being at all busy. No one came to clear our plates, and when we asked for our desserts only one was brought and we had to ask again for the others.
Subject: Complaint Regarding Discriminatory Treatment – Order No. 5217412 – Pizza Hut Speke, Liverpool (L24 8QB) Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable treatment I received at your Speke, Liverpool branch (postcode L24 8QB) in relation to my recent order (No. 5217412), which I placed via the Pizza Hut app. When I arrived at the store to collect my order, my wife was waiting for me in the car, and my parents and 11-year-old daughter were at home expecting dinner. However, the experience I had with one of your staff members was deeply humiliating and upsetting. The staff member questioned whether I was the rightful owner of the order, judging me based on my appearance. I believe I was discriminated against due to the fact that I am an immigrant – despite being a legal permanent resident in the UK. I provided my name (Bruno) and the correct order number (5217412), yet she refused to believe me. She insisted that I open my personal mobile phone and show the order confirmation in the app, treating me with clear suspicion and disrespect. Her behaviour was aggressive, and she even raised her voice at me. I felt publicly humiliated. To make matters worse, after all this delay, the pizza was cold by the time I returned to the car. This experience left me feeling deeply disrespected and unwelcome. I will never return to this branch and will be advising my family and friends to avoid it as well. I urge you to investigate this incident seriously and ensure your staff are properly trained to treat all customers with respect, regardless of appearance or background. Discrimination has no place in any business, and certainly not in a brand as well-known as Pizza Hut. It was really great experience and the spicy veg pizza is really delicious
The pizza quality is always high and the staff, while busy, are always on hand to ask / help as necessary. The lack of a place to pick up glasses and bowls is not a problem because the staff bring them over quite quickly.
Avoid if you have allergies- walked in today to be greeted by a very rude waitress who asked if I had allergies to which I told her yes pineapple she replied well dont choose pineapple , as I mentioned pizza cutters can have traces on them if not cleaned after every pizza. Was not worth the risk considering I am 8 months pregnant also so me and my partner walked out
