Called in for fish and chips and trimmed roe special. Ended up waiting due to nothing cooked. Plated up chips extremely greasy and tinned roe was off had a nasty smell. Will never use again.
Didn't send the food i ordered because they hadn't got all of the items. Rather than contact me just sent a part order through. What frigging use is that?? Sitting here now for dinner with family missing 1 of the meals. Phoned to complain and woman hung up on me. Please close down as you are clueless.
Ordered kebab and chips and 2 scallops Kebab was burnt and really thick. Chips were overcooked and the scallops were burnt pure black do not order from here absolute disgrace and food is disgusting
Just now brought food from here and the food was awful.... I spent around £27 on 4 items and the food was so nasty we had to throw it away. The naan was wet, kebab was chunks and chips were hard and stale. Will never go there again!
Absolutely disgusting ordered 2 x mini fish specials. Fish was caught from the cut I think 2 months ago? Obviously re-heated curry sauce was too salty inedible! All for the sweet price of £13 what a complete rip off !!!!
Such a friendly shop! Great selection. Will cater for you if you ask. Always cooked fresh! Superb value for money and there is always more than enough in portion size! Highly recommend
Would have given it 6 stars if there was an option! Was in a rush and the guys had my pizzas ready in no time considering the queue was pretty hefty. Brilliant customer service and the pizza was 10/10. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommended
The food and service was perfect. The quality of the food was 10/10. Customer service was at its finest, even at the busiest times. I would be definitely coming here on a regularly basis, even if I had to travel around 25 mins.
Very rude staff, over priced food. Charged £3.50 for a salad wrap,yet 1 peice of S.F Chicken and chips is only £3.20. When asked and confronted on the price difference, the cook didn't want to know and the female server was rude, and could not explain the prices. When asked for a refund as I didn't not want the wrap at this price, I was told " we don't do refunds, your not getting one" When I insisted saying I don't want it and my reasons, the female worker crossed her arms and with a snarky attitude said no. When I asked to speak to the manager she said he was not their, but gave me a leaflet to call up and ask for Sunny. She offered me a £1 back but said again she would not give me a full refund. The service is terrible, the staff and customer care is none existent, I would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing as this has only recently been taken over and under new management. I would highly recommend people avoid!!!!
