   Ordered tonight through Uber Eats and unfortunately it was disappointing. We were missing a Calzone from our order so I rang up to ask what happened, the girl who answered was very helpful and genuine on the phone- can’t fault her, she did say she would check with the driver and if so get a new one sent out however we waited 45 mins for delivery as we do live quite far. Also the delivery driver was very friendly too however our food was cold and weirdly didn’t have any taste to it either, by this point we did just eat it anyway as we had been waiting for it. The calzone did arrive 30 mins later and was actually warm and they did send us a free 2L bottle of coke for the inconvenience which they didn’t have to do. Hopefully we can order again in future and it’s of better standard as the customer service we’ve received was 5/5, but unfortunately food only a 2/5.

   Expect a 50 P charge for just putting Mayo on chips! Bunch of kids literally serving. Been going here for years and the elder guys have always looked after us. I’m sorry but it shouldn’t be extra for putting sauce on chips. Think they need to forget them kids and make it a family run restaurant again. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!

   Ordered mixed kebab, hardly any lamb and chicken, mostly doner meat. Only just warm and price charged was £1.90 more than my menu. Admittedly the menu was out of date and quoted £8.00 but almost a £2.00 increase and less meat is disgusting. I was a regular but not anymore.

   Though I enjoyed the food as always it was tainted by the conversation I had with the delivery driver who promptly told me I should have paid £5 delivery rather than the requested amount as I was ‘10 miles away’. As I explained I paid what was requested I was told that the owner was letting it slide this time but next time would be more. Again I explained I paid what was requested I was met with ‘yes but your 10 miles away’ whole conversation made me feel as if I had done something wrong and made me uncomfortable and I won’t be ordering again.

   Absolutely delicious as usual. Always hot, beautifully presented and so tasty. Delivered at an appropriate time and the delivery man was extremely friendly and honest pointing out my elderly grandparents gave an extra £20 which he honestly returned which we were very grateful. Thank you.

   Best pizza in town! Ordered a kebab and pizza tonight for the first time from this place and it was exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their weekly fix. The pizza was absolute perfection, just as described and tasted exquisite. My partner got a kebab and she was also very impressed. The service was also top notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, we were made to be very comfortable in the store, with all covid regulations followed. We will 100% be coming back in the future. Being new to the area and after trying a few different options this will be our home for the future.
