   Ordered tonight not had it for a couple of months (last time was spot on best fried chicken we have had for a long time) Fries tasted like they had been reheated in warm old oil, chicken pieces and strips same story no flavour other than grease. No crisp to any of the food all soggy apart from the below Chilli cheese bites tasted ok but would guess they were cooked fresh. 80% of the food went in the bin. Wouldn't use again.

   I don't normally complain but the food this evening was awful, the garlic supreme dough was undercooked, the chicken was really greasy and the cheese sauce was a congealed lump. The pizza were mashed up (probably due to not being kept upright in the box). However the service was quick.

   I don’t normally complain but today I am! We ordered a delivery I ordered at 20.50 and it said it would be here at 21.50 an hour ok I can do an hour. After 2 phone calls my food turn up at 22.45 cold and the lettuce on my chicken burger was slimy and not green! I will not be ordering a delivery from here again!

   We used to order from here a while ago and the service and food was always excellent and consistent. I think it has been taken over since and the food is still nice but it takes ages to be delivered which usually means the food is not fresh and it can take up to 1.5hours just to get a burger delivered! Alongside this things have been missing from the order on arrival and portions alit smaller than before. A real shame as we really loved this takeaway and choose to support local businesses but not sure we can continue to do so with the reduction in quality and service

   Cold, unappetising, chilli concarne has no sauce to it what so ever, 5mm of water in the bottom of my tray, worst tray of snap I’ve ever bought! Them 2 stars on my review are for the coleslaw.

   Asked for bbq base and got the smallest amount of sauce on the pizza and honestly what even is the point in sending that much chilli sauce, joke. Is there some kind of sauce ration on? Called up and a nice woman offered to send another one free of charge so changed my review to 3

   Today I ordered salad, milkshake and apple pie which took one and half hours to deliver, ridiculous... could have been to shop, bought ingredients and made myself fresh fir him long it took them. Needless to say I shan't becordering from here again which is a shame cause the foods nice.

   Disappointed that they charged me an extra £1.60 for a stingey little bit of pizza sauce when I only had a margarita. Paid £8.90 for a 12" basic pizza, baring in mind that a basic costs only £7.20 this is daylight robbery because it was still dry on the base! I didn't ask for it as an extra topping, I just said make sure that there is plenty of sauce on the base, she then charged me for extra and didn't put any extra on! Watch out for these charlotans! They will overcharge you on extras that you didn't ask for!! Sneaky.... You have been caught.
