5 ⭐️ for James the delivery driver alone! Pizza always worth the price. Quick delivery. Always good quality.
Ordered our food and was told it had been delivered but no sign of it. Rang up and he said he would call back, but never did. Had to go into store after paying the delivery fee only to find out they hadn’t even started making it 45 minutes after saying they had delivered it. Don’t bother ordering from here they don’t care.
Food was ok, the issue came 2 days later. Middle of sunday lunch my phone rang, guy claiming to be the manager calling asking if I enjoyed my order, "ok you go online right now & leave a good review, I need good review" he wasn't happy when I told him I'd do it later! Never getting another penny from me.
Would leave zero stars if possible. Ordered and paid for extra cheese on the pizzas (20/12/24), one of the pizzas came with no cheese on. Not sure if it was some kind of joke from the staff. When we phoned about the issue it took 10 minutes of ringing before a man who could barely spoke English answered. When we explained about the missing cheese on the pizza, he hung up on us. This level of customer service is disgraceful after paying over inflated prices for an average pizza. We had no choice but to eat the pizza which was very dry. Two of the dips was also missing. Will be continuing to support local pizza shops in future instead of domino's. Avoid, it's not worth the stress. See photo below.
Pizza with 50% off was great but the pizza alone does not qualify for delivery so I order loaded fries (feeds 2) and when delivered, I get a slack handful of soggy fries with lots of burnt cheese. Split the fries between me and my son and had about 10 fries each….
Food is great. Service ok. Thought it could be a little warmer.
Called in Dubai pizza staff were disinterested and unhelpful walked across the rwalked across the road and was able to get a pizza in in a matter of minutes. Customer service was really appalling.
Nice place, way better quality and freshness than in other dominos places.
Really nice pizzas and good staff, there have been a few occasions where I’ve received an incorrect order but the staff always rectify their mistakes and are very friendly. Appreciate you guys :)
ABSOLTELY RIDICULOUS! Shambolic in fact. My pizza was served with sweet corn when i asked for a pepperoni passion. My chicken strips were stale and rock solid. I think my teeth have broken!!! The staff there, Ethan Jones, was incredibly disrespectful and even shouted at me for falling over. He should have helped me too my feet but instead made me feel like a helpless penguin. SIGH! To try and save this helpless organization, i applied for a delivery job but was disrespectfully ignored and not even taken into consideration. The tables there were extremely dirty and looked like they were last washed in 24 BC
