   We had a great experience at Pizza Hut, which honestly surprised us as it wouldn’t usually be our first choice. The pizza was really nice, especially the bacon, brie and cranberry festive special. Big thanks to our server Alex, who did a fantastic job and made the whole visit better. The service was friendly, attentive, and spot on throughout. They definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

   During our recent visit, my wife and I experienced a serene atmosphere while seated at a window table. As seniors, I encountered some difficulty navigating the ordering application. However, a highly attentive waitress promptly offered her assistance. She guided us through the ordering process, efficiently inputting our selections and applying available promotions, which resulted in a reduction of approximately £20 on our bill. The food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious, and the bottomless soft drink proved to be an excellent value. We highly recommend this establishment.

   My wife and I love Pizza Hut and we jumped at the opportunity to visit this one given Pizza Hut inexplicably permanently closed both Derby restaurants during the pandemic. Anyway, we went shortly after 1700 and the restaurant was about ¼ full so there were plenty of tables free. We were taken to the table of our choice and ordered an individual stuffed crust hot 'n' spicy veg, a deep pan G.O.A.T and a children's monster meal deal. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh and is always a good addition. The pizzas were delicious as usual, the hot 'n' spicy veg being a new pizza for me. It was very tasty and cooked to perfection. There were three empty plates! My son enjoyed the ice cream factory and managed to avoid brain freeze! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was also very clean and well presented too.
