   The quality of sushi has dramatically dropped over the last two years. The salmon is bland and sometimes has an odd flavour, the additional soy sauce you can buy it the counter is a really cheap, dark soy. The discounted sushi they sell is, oftentimes, off and smells horrible. It makes me sick thinking about the time I bought the discounted sushi and opened the package; the smell was horrid. Yes, silly me for buying discounted sushi. But shame on the staff for selling it in the first place. It’s put me off tuna for life. The rice used to be flavourful and well seasoned, now I’m convinced it’s been frozen and bulk made. It’s just a terrible shame really, this used to be my favourite sushi place due to its quality and reasonable price. Now, the prices have increased and the quality has dropped. What a horrible stereotype the company has become. Unfortunately will not be purchasing any sushi from here anymore. Luckily, there’s plenty of new places just around the corner - I’d advise all potentially customers to shop elsewhere.

   Disappointed! This place was one of the best sushi takeaways in Manchester, now the sushi’s quality has dropped. Frozen rice, awful texture, black avocado. This is my second time in few weeks and the quality was the same in both opportunities. (Saturday noon)

   Good food. Lovely service however I would say the salmon was quite bland it was fresh but it tasted like nothing i had to enhance it with the wasabi and soy sauce they provided with it. The black sesame milk tea was the highlight though! Ladies are kind and hospitable and layout of the establishment is cosy and accommodating! Will be coming again :)

   Delicious healthy and authentic food. With good portion sizes. A little heavy on the rice with the teriyaki dishes, perhaps more veg and meat/fish. However, the selection available is top notch.

   Had a nice box here (very convenient and secure packaging) with fresh sushi and ingredients however even at 6 pm there were very limited boxes available and only a few hot boxes. The tuna nigiri wasn’t tasty but the salmon was lovely, especially with the teriyaki sauce. Quite expensive for what it or however that is sushi for you. Would come back here but would try earlier on in the day to see a bigger selection.

   So I was at one of your establishments today 25/10/22 at around 5pm. I tried to use the restroom then a woman (didn’t get her name) but was of Middle Eastern descent, dark hair and chubby. Literally attacked me telling me no, no I can’t use it, that paying customers only I told her fine can I get anything as I urgently need to use the restroom, she said no still I told her I didn’t understand, I’m willing to buying anything she should allow me to use the restroom then. She continued telling me that no I should leave, I even gave her my card but I could not understand what the issue was for her being so rude, disrespectful and completely oblivious to my situation. I left the store and about 10-15mins later I discovered through find my iPhone that I dropped my AirPods there. I went back and told them that my AirPods are being flagged at that location and if I could have it back then both the women attacked me and said no they saw nothing. I told them that it’s literally being pinned to that location but they said no and continued being rude. This is my worst experience anywhere, I can still not seem to understand what resulted in such a behaviour but I’m truly disappointed and I would ask kindly again for them to return my property before I take this further up with the police. update: I found her, I got her name.    Worst milk tea ever... Milk tea is not milk shake, okay? Staff should be properly trained before making milk tea... At least, they should understand what is milk tea...

   Very good sushi and good value as well. Staff very polite and kind. I like how young the whole environment is and I go back there often. The packages are very nice amd it's good that you can check the calories of the packs. I recomend it if you look for a quick unexpansive sushi bite in the city centre.
